Anhui Healkkang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. is located in Anqing Life Science and Technology Park,No.8,crown road,daguan district,Anqing city, Anhui province.

This project is used for the production of Probenecid and Probenecid sodium. Our company is responsible for providing technical solutions for chemical synthesis production line, clean area production line and utility equipment, as well as all equipment procurement and engineering project management, etc.

The project management content is as follows:

1.  Management of design unit:

※Review the drawings of process, architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, electrical, instrument automation, fire control, HVAC.

※Ensure the drawings match the technical requirements of API project

※Manage the design progress.

2.  Management of equipment suppliers:

※Evaluate and check the candidate suppliers

※Check and ensure equipment configuration matches API project technical requirements

※Check and ensure equipment materials and manufacturing processes are appropriate

※Check and ensure that concealed parts in the manufacturing process are appropriate

※Check and ensure the quality in the manufacturing process is qualified

※Check and accept equipment before delivery(FAT)

※Check and ensure the equipment documentation is complete

※Manage equipment manufacturing schedule

※Manage and control the aftersales service after delivery

3.  Management of construction units:

※Evaluate and check the candidate construction units

※Manage and control the construction schedule

※Identify and control construction problems

※Manage concealed works and construction materials

※Check and accept the construction results

Pharzen also provides technical support and training guidance for the project.

Pharzen provides six comprehensive reports including project management. The project management report is as follows:

※Management summary of the whole project cycle and the integration of project management documents,

※Summary of the solutions to the problems encountered in the design stage, construction stage, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning and the completion and acceptance stage of the project;

The project was signed in April 2019. Pharzen cooperated with Healkkang to provide the design institute with design requirements, including project process parameters requirements, equipment configuration requirements, equipment layout requirements and design schedule requirements. Meanwhile, the design process is tracked and controlled, including design progress control, design content matching with technical requirements, and design deviation correction. During the installation and debugging of equipment, Pharzen will cooperate with the customer to supervise the construction party and supplier to complete the equipment installation confirmation.
