On July 3, 2019, the person in charge of Pharzen Science and Technology engineering department went to Anqing life science and technology park in Anhui province to conduct the training meeting on project safety and construction requirements with Beijing Healkkang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,  They signed the certificate of production safety responsibility with the company's staff and construction team, so as to decompose the indicators and assign the responsibility to people, and fully implement the responsibility system of production safety.

The meeting pointed out that the project leaders should conduct regular and irregular safety production inspection to timely solve the unsafe production problems in construction. They should carefully listen to and adopt reasonable suggestions on production safety to ensure the normal operation of the project safety guarantee system.Project department engineers are responsible to service subpackage project engineering technology, to participate in or organize the formulation of construction organization design, preparation, review, to formulate, review the safety technical measures, to ensure its feasible and pertinence, inspect and supervise at any time, and to participate in the safety production inspection, putting forward rectification opinions and measures from the aspects of technology .
